Normally don’t have any issues with SAHC. But I ordered a hat on 7/11 and still haven’t received it as of 7/25. I’m not super impatient, but I emailed/sent an FB message on Monday 7/23 to ask about ship status - the Shop app says it’s been ready to ship for two weeks but no tracking or progress. Didn’t hear back from customer service. But I did get this survey request! lol.
Again, I normally have no issues with SAHC. This feedback is strictly due to this order. No transparency in the order on Shop, don’t see a way to track the order on their site, no response when I reached out for more info.
